About

Miles McFarland is a User Experience (UX) Designer who began his professional journey with Risepoint (formerly Academic Partnerships) in 2014. In his current role, he contributes to the development of digital media assets that enhance the online learning experience for educational institutions across the nation.

Before returning to the digital design world, Miles served as Associate Creative Director at Family Legacy, a non-profit organization focused on providing education to orphaned children in Africa. There, he played a pivotal role in shaping the conceptual and visual direction of both print and web design initiatives, as well as large-scale campaigns.

Outside of his full-time role, Miles brings his creative expertise to a wide range of freelance projects. His clients include country music artists, television personalities, and authors—and his work has even appeared on national platforms such as The Late Late Show with James Corden.

A proud graduate of Hardin-Simmons University, Miles is based in the vibrant Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Beyond his career in design, he finds his greatest inspiration in his family—his wife, Erica, and their two sons, Elijah and Noah. Together, they remind him of the power of creativity, connection, and joy in every aspect of life.

Whether designing intuitive digital experiences or collaborating on unique freelance projects, Miles is passionate about using design to bring ideas to life in purposeful and visually compelling ways.
